Beyond the Palm Trees
 The wooden fork vaguely resembles those salad servers always left over at garage sales. The tarnished metal "lemon squeezer" is unlike anything I have seen before. Baffled by the latter, I fog up the display case looking for telltale scraps on the fork. Cannibal cutlery and oldfangled kitchen utensils are partners in the story of Levuka, Fiji's first capital.
